I have pretty much just had an experience with home ec. in middle school. There was really little cooking going on so yeah... But anyway I have some experience cooking on my own, and I want to learn more in maybe a different environment then at home.
ReplyDeleteI only know how to make simple things by following directions on the box or package. Things like cookies, macaroni, and cereal... I would like to learn how to filet fish. I would also like to learn how to broil and how to make a turkey. One skill i know is how to bake.

I know about basic measurements and what ingredients to pack/not pack. I can follow directions and am pro at making macaroni and cheese. I don't really like to cook but I would like to learn how to:

I know the basics of cooking, like following directions in a book, but when it comes to cooking creativity I really have no talent. I would like to learn how to make: las vegas rolls, chicken, other ways to cook fish, and master quesadillas.
ReplyDeleteI know a little about cooking. I am the cook on the boat that I fish on in the summers. I would like to learn how to BBQ, bake cookies or cakes and breakfast burritos. I am already able to follow recipes and cooking measurements.

ReplyDeleteI don't know everything there is to cooking but i know a lot i guess... i cook all the time an my grama use to teach a cooking class that i would attend...... so i can make meals for my family an make snacks and bake almost anything...i would like to learn more about measering.... and how to slice vegtables better.....
ReplyDeleteI have a basic understanding of meats. I can cook steak and chicken pretty well. I can also do eggs and follow baking instructions. I would like to learn some inexpensive healthy ways to cook food in dorms, campfire cooking, and some good baking recipes would be really cool. I already know how to bake some things (not by heart), but it would be really cool to add to my collection.
